Classes are 90 minutes and conducted in our state-of-the-art studio which is maintained at 105 F and 40% humidity. All of our classes are led by Bikram Certified Instructors. The class is comprised of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. This sequence of postures is designed to work the whole body - muscles\, joints\, glands\, internal organs - everything!
