We have a new event\, a fundraiser for GEHS\, on Saturday\, Dec. 4. Tour Stacy's Tavern Museum\, decorated with fresh greens and lighted by candlelight\, from 5 - 6 p.m. Meanwhile\, hors d'oeuvres and drink will be available in the History Center from 5 - 6 p.m. Beginning at 6:00 p.m.\, a traditional Christmas dinner including turkey and ham will be served buffet-style in the History Center\, followed by special Yuletide desserts. At 7:30 p.m.\, we will have a concert by costumed carolers\, the Festive Singers. This will be a truly memorable evening. The event is a fundraiser for the Glen Ellyn Historical Society.
