DESCRIPTION:Community Award Nomination Form\n\n\n\nThe Glen Ellyn Chamber of Commerce and the Glen Ellyn Village Fair Committee will once again host the COMMUNITY AWARDS BREAKFAST on Saturday\, March 8\, 2014.  \n\n\n\n\n\nThe Chamber is seeking Nominations for only the following categories:\n\nCitizen of the Year \n\nSenior Citizen of the Year\n\nOutstanding Business of the Year\n\nNon-Profit Organization of the Year\n\n\n\n\n\nThis Event recognizes the Citizen\, Senior Citizen\, Business\, Non-Profit Organization\, Educator\, Firefighter\,  and Police Officer of the Year for their outstanding contributions to Glen Ellyn during 2013.\n\n\n\nThe Community Awards Breakfast  honors individuals or organizations that have been active in the community and have worked on or developed specific projects to benefit Glen Ellyn.  \n\nThe award winners will have VOLUNTEERED their time\, energy\, and devotion to significantly improving the quality of life in Glen Ellyn. \n\nWe do not accept nominations for individuals who were paid for these above and beyond services to our community.  They must be volunteers.\n\n\n\nPlease download\, complete\, and send the nomination form using the instructions on the form.  NOMINATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY SATURDAY\, MARCH 1\, 2014.\n\n\n\nTHANK YOU FOR HELPING MAKE GLEN ELLYN A WONDERFUL COMMUNITY TO LIVE\, PLAY\, AND WORK !
