DESCRIPTION:The Entrepreneurs' Legal Resource is excited to announce the unveiling of the ELR Academy to help you track your business' moving parts. \n\n\n\nIn addition to our regular blog posts\, we will now also be holding FREE SEMINARS to discuss in more depth the topics raised in them. \n\n\n\nThe first of these seminars will be on Tuesday\, February 11\, 2014\, from 5:30 to 7:00 pm\, and will address Maintaining the Corporate Shield. \n\n\n\nFuture presentations will address other aspects of the business life-cycle\, and will include non-compete and confidentiality agreements\, hiring and firing employees\, bringing in additional owners\, and buying and selling a business. \n\n\n\nWhile the ELR Academy is open to the public\, we will give priority to our clients and members of the Glen Ellyn Chamber of Commerce.
