G\n\nThis program will be presented in Urdu and Hindi only.\n\nDuring adolescence\, teens may struggle with their rapidly changing world and their desire for independence. Ms. Baig will discuss the importance of adult-child relationships as teens navigate the road to adulthood. Participants will learn techniques for setting boundaries and limits in a warm and loving way.\n\nMs. Baig is a certified-clinical trauma professional and certified dialectical behavioral therapy professional. She will make practical recommendations to parents on guiding their students to be more proactive and to be more responsible at home and at school.  Emphasizing the idea of creating independence\, leadership and self-care.
