SUMMARY:Women in Business Meeting: How to Play Nice in the Sandbox with Industry Competitors
DESCRIPTION:Our Women in Business Group creates opportunities for professional and personal growth by empowering women to excel in business by fostering a community of collaboration\, mentorship\, and innovation. Through education\, networking\, and advocacy\, we inspire and support women to break barriers\, lead with confidence\, and achieve their fullest potential in every industry.\n\n\n\nPlease join us for our Women in Business breakfast meeting from 8:45am to 10:30am at Glen Ellyn Police Department Community Room located at 65 S. Park Blvd. in Glen Ellyn.  I am happy to announce that Jenna Fash of Fash Counseling and Myriam Sanchez\, Founder of Cohera\, will be presenting: \n\nAn Interactive Experience for Women Business Leaders on how to approach Industry Rivalry through Collaboration not Competition. \n\n\n\n"This will be an opportunity for self-exploration and growth through peer conversations and activities"\n\n \n\nGeneral outline:\n\n	Share stats on women in leadership or women business owners\, how they experience competition\, confidence levels felt... etc (5 mins)\n	Discuss how confidence is connected with perceived competition in business. (5 mins)\n	Participants fill out a confidence self-assessment on their own (5 mins)\n	Break in small groups with 3-4 discussion questions for the group (Jenna and Myriam to walk around groups\, offer feedback\, answer questions) (20 mins)\n	Come back together\, discuss as a group (20 mins)\n	Close with sharing tips on improving confidence and collaboration in business that feels true to ourselves\, our values\, and goals. (20 mins)\n\n\nPlease note registration is required one week prior to the event as personalized/interactive handouts will be used.
