Please join us for an interactive Pilates Women in Business After-Hours Event at Balance Yoga + Pilates.
4-4:15pm - arrival
4:30-4:55pm - Pilates Reformer mini-session - limited space
5-5:25pm - Pilates Reformer mini-session - limited space
Beth McCullough Adas, Owner of Balance Yoga + Pilates will also share information about the studio and what they have to offer.
5:35-6pm - sound healing/meditation
