A “Back to School” Family Workshop!
How would you and your family like to have an advantage when it comes to school work, creativity, daily chores and in your business life?
Come with the whole family (suggested age for children is 10+) or on your own, to this fun and exciting workshop that can change the way you experience your life.
Although this is not a yoga class, it will guide you to manage your breath and teach you some simple techniques that can assist in alleviating anxiety, stress, depression, insomnia, high blood pressure; as well as, increase your energy level, create balance, clarity and focus throughout your day.
