This workshop is for anyone who wants to improve their individual and organizational decision making skills and wants to understand the basic terminology and techniques of Strategic Planning.
This workshop will help you to:

This workshop will be conducted by Vivek Singhal, Founder & President of Strategic Business Management and Rita Riordan, Adjunct Professor at the College of DuPage. Both are SCORE mentors and have worked extensively with Fortune 500 corporations before startting their own businesses.
