Description
Open the Y is a free community event celebrating older adults (age 62+), which showcases physical activity and healthy living resources available at the Y and in our community.
The event will feature educational presentations, land and water group fitness classes, social opportunities, a vendor expo/raffle and catered lunch. This event is sponsored by Milton Township.
