Have you ever felt ashamed of losing your temper when parenting gets tough? All parents and caregivers hope for calm interactions with their children. But losing it doesn’t equal “bad parenting,” and it’s nothing to be ashamed of. Join us and learn how to embrace a different story – one that not only gives parents a more accurate picture of what’s actually happening but also one which provides a road map for habit change.
Participants will better understand the skill of self-compassion to cope with tough situations. From that place of compassion and forgiveness, parents will feel freer and more empowered to take the next steps toward becoming the kind of loving parent or caregiver that we all strive to be.
