Description
The Glen Ellyn Historical Society presents historian and speaker Adam Selzer in a program titled Grave Robbing 101 (19th Century Style). The event is Saturday, Feb. 4 at 2:00 PM in the Glen Ellyn History Center located at 800 N. Main Street. Selzer talks about the history of grave robbing in the United States. He asks, “Did Alexander Hamilton help quell an anti-grave robbing mob in New York in 1788? How does a person become a body snatcher? Unique stories and photos are shown. Refreshments served.
