Description
In order to lose weight, you have to understand food and how your diet impacts your body in both positive and negative ways. You’ll learn about differences in food groups, what to eat (and what not to eat) to decrease the amount of insulin your body must produce and how to combat insulin resistance, with additional time for questions and answers.
