Description
Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter and multi-platinum selling recording artist Colbie Caillat opens the MAC's 2014-2015 Performance Series.This concert is one of only three Midwest stops during her recently announced 2014-2015 U.S. tour and the only stop in Illinois.. Caillat released her "Gypsy Heart Side A" EP June 9. The EP features five songs from Caillat's forthcoming fourth full-length studio album "Gypsy Heart" due out later this year, including the new single "Try," a powerful statement about female body image and the challenges. of modern womanhood. Opening for Caillat will be the pop-rock duo Alex (Alex Kinsey) & Sierra (Sierra Deaton), winners of the third and final season of "The X Factor USA," and only group to win the American version of the show. They will be performing new work from their debut album on Simon Cowell's Syco label schedule for release later this year.
