Join us for a free workshop "Getting Back Into The Swing of Things: Golf & Low Back Pain" with Dr Dave Herlihy, DC.
Bring your gear!
After the workshop, attendees will receive a free consultation/lesson with the PGA superstar golf trainers.
The workshop starts promptly at 11am and you must attend the workshop to take advantage of the free golf lesson/consultation.
We will learn:
About mobility and the role your spine plays when swinging a golf club.
How to swing correctly to prevent back pain and injury.
What to do if you already have back pain or injure your back easily.
