Join us for Nobel House Ribbon Cutting & Breakfast Buffet. The buffet will include bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, avocado toast, lox and bagels, fruit salad, yogurt parfait, donut holes and chicken and waffles. Nobel House is a craft beer bar that specializes in hand crafted cocktail & has 36 craft beer taps. They are a scratch kitchen that has everything from fresh shucked oysters to house smoked meats.
Reva Development Partners will present to Chamber Members prior to the speaker on a four-story, multi-family development across the street from the Glen Ellyn Public Library. The proposed development, to be called Avere on Duane, will consist of 48 luxury apartment units with an underground parking garage and a surface parking lot on the south side of the property. The site is comprised of six properties for a total of 1.17 acres.
