In addition, has a strong background in attachment theory, and specializes in attachment issues in children and adults and addresses the various challenges clients face in their current relationships. Also sees individual children, adolescents and adults facing challenges related to life stressors, anxiety and depression.

Divorcing couples sometimes need guidance as to how to handle child-related issues. She provides this in session and will testify in court if necessary. she is a Certified Divorce Mediator and provides Parenting Coordination and Therapeutic Supervised Visitation services as well.
 

Provides a pragmatic and supportive framework for clients to understand and gain new perspectives on, and new directions for, coping with their challenges. Teaches clients tools for self-awareness and mindfulness that they can use to address difficulties between and beyond counseling appointments.
