Save the Date and Bring a Friend to Teen Parent Connection's most popular fundraiser held at the beautiful Medinah Country Club!
This year's event includes a luncheon and wine service -- featuring Lynfred Winery's limited edition Oktoberfest --- and of course, 50 amazing raffle baskets!
Proceeds from the event support family strengthening programs for teen parents and their children as well as teen pregnancy prevention education to middle schools and high schools.
