About Yoga at 26hot

26hot offers the beginning yoga series made popular worldwide by Bikram Choudhury. Classes are 90 minutes and conducted in our state-of-the-art studio which is maintained at 105°F and 40% humidity. All of our classes are led by Bikram Certified Instructors. The class is comprised of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. This sequence of postures is designed to work the whole body - muscles, joints, glands, internal organs - everything! At 26hot, all ability levels are welcome - beginner to advanced.
