Annual Election of Officers & Presentation Provided College of DuPage Business Development Center
Program:The Change is Here to Stay
The presentation will explain the services of the Business Development Center, the seven elementary changes derived from the recent pandemic experience in starting and managing a business. Long lasting market and industry changes, capital support initiatives, getting through the pandemic winter of 20/21. There will be time for questions, comments, lively discussion to learn from each other.

Ute Westphal is with the Business Development Center since May 2017 manages the this program at COD since September 2018 . She has been an entrepreneur in two different countries and brings a solid understanding of today's world of entrepreneurs. She advises business owners in all questions concerning incorporating, operations, financials/capitalization, marketing and organizational structures. Her responsibilities extend into creating and conducting workshops and developing education and services into new business areas. She has a Master's of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on training and business development. Under her leadership the team has helped over 150 startups and created a solid training and advising program for our area.
